Dr. Vrutti Davé
Dr. Davé grew up on Long Island. She then attended New York University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree with an emphasis on psychology and biology. She went on to complete her dental education at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine, where she received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery and graduated with honors. She then completed a general practice residency at Helen Hayes Hospital, treating patients who were medically compromised, developmentally delayed, and who had spinal and traumatic brain injuries.
Dr. Davé practiced as a general practitioner in Michigan, before pursuing pediatric dentistry at St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx, where she also served as Chief Resident.
Dr. Davé is a recipient of the 2017 American Board of Pediatric Dentistry Richard C. Pugh Achievement Award for scoring in the top 3% of all candidates
completing the written exam. She is an active member of the AmericanAcademy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Association, and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. She is also certified by the Northeastern Regional Board and certified in CPR and Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
She has a strong passion for community outreach and has volunteered locally and abroad in Guatemala. Her goal is to provide high-quality dental care for children in a fun, caring, and compassionate manner.
In her spare time, Dr. Davé enjoys hiking, reading a good book, baking, trying new recipes, and traveling with her husband.
